What’s your policy on Returns & Exchanges?

We are happy to assist you with making a return or exchange. Here are all the details you need to know about the how-to’s. We only issue shop credit on returned items. Any further information you need please email info@darlingclementineshop.com

What can be returned for store credit?

full priced items that are in new, sealable condition (i.e. has not been worn, washed or altered in any way. All original tags are attached.) We are not able to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

non-returnable/exchangeable (unless damaged or defective) items include: bathing suits, pacifiers or teething toys.

How do I start a return?

all returned item/s must be unused and in their original packaging with tags on. They must be returned within 14 days (post dated) of purchase. A full refund will only be issued if the item is defective and/or damaged in some way and is up to the discretion of the shop. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

*If the item is returned for store credit after the 14 day window there may be a 10% restocking fee per item.

Can I exchange something?

yes! please ship your item back and email us, we can help with next steps so you can get a new order placed.

What if my package tracking says delivered but I don’t have it?

Once the package has left our warehouse, USPS/UPS is now responsible for the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Visit their website for instructions on how to make a claim, we’re happy to help in any way we can with documentation etc.

cancelled orders will incur a the PayPal fee deducted from the refund if paying via PayPal, this is due to the fee we pay PayPal to accept this form of payment no longer being returned to us from PayPal when orders are cancelled. The amount varies dependent on the total invoice amount and we will email you with those details.

all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

To make a return or exchange, please send back in a securely sealed package. Please include a note with any details needed. If you are exchanging please email us to arrange payment for additional shipping charges.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
